An expanded Chengjiang sample of 85 new specimens plus type material supports a tentaculate, suspension-feeding reconstruction. Later anatomical work reinterprets the column as tentacle-sheath complexes; its main Bayesian analysis recovers Dinomischidae on the ctenophore stem, while sensitivity analyses include a polytomy.
